How do I schedule a tour of the community?

What income requirements do you have for applicants?
Applicants must meet the community's income qualifications and earn at least 2.5 times the monthly rent, subject to income restrictions.
What is your Application and Administration Fee?
Our application fee is $25 for each applicant 18 years of age or older, and there is no administrative fee per unit.
Do you require a Security Deposit, and if so, how much?
Yes. Security deposits are $150 for one-bedroom apartments and $250 for two-bedroom apartments. The maximum deposit may be up to three times the monthly rent.
Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?
No.
Do you allow subletting or lease transfers?
No.
Do you require Renters Insurance?
No.
When is rent due each month?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
What is the late fee policy?
A late fee of 10% is assessed beginning on the 6th.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Online payments through the Resident Portal, personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders, and pay slips.
What utilities are included?
Water, sewer, trash, and pest control are included.
What appliances are included?
Refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
Are washers and dryers included?
Yes. Washers and dryers are included.
What amenities are available?
Swimming pool, fitness center, business center, and a clubroom with a kitchen.
Is parking available?
Yes. First-come, first-served parking is available. Garage spaces are available for $100 per month.
Do you have EV charging stations?
No.
Do you have a dog park or pet stations?
No.
Do you have package lockers?
No.
Do you have on-site maintenance?
Yes. Residents may submit maintenance requests online.
Are there community events?
Yes. We periodically host resident events throughout the year. Please contact the leasing office or check community communications for information about upcoming events.
Do you offer preferred employer or student discounts?
No. We do not offer a preferred employer or student discount program.
